We set out to sip tea with like-minded people around the planet, buy select varietals in small quantities, and bring...often hand-carry...the leaves back home to share the flavor and the fun.
From making Oriental Beauty, Jade Oolong and Pressed tea in the mountains of Taiwan, to hand-rolling Japanese "Haystack" tea in Shizuoka, to working away early mornings on plantations in Sri Lanka, we take a hands-on approach to learning.
