WHEN WILL MY SHIP?
We make every attempt will be made to ship your order within 24-48 hours from the day that you place it. We do not ship on weekends.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We ship all orders via Flat Rate USPS unless you stipulate FedEx or UPS. Delivery times range from two to three days, but we have seen it take longer depending on your location.

CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Our website is set up to use USPS, so we may need to contact you if the order is larger and requires more postage. Generally, for shipping in the Continental United States we offer our customers a Priority or Flat Rate Shipping:

• $5.50: Small Flat Rate Box (8.625" x 5.375" x 1.625")
• $11.50: Medium Flat Rate Box (13.625" x 11.875" x 3.375" OR 11" x 8.5"x5.5")
$15.50: Large Flat Rate Box (23.6875" x 11.75" x 3" OR 12"x12"x5.5")

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES AND ITS INCORRECT?
If your order arrives and you feel that we've made a mistake, please email us within 48 hours of receipt at info@pearlteas.com. We truly do value your business and will correct the error.

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express through our online store. All transactions are in US dollars.

WHEN WILL YOU CREDIT CARD BE BILLED?
