When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped twice a week. Every attempt will be made to ship your order within 24-48 hours from the day that you place it.

When will my order arrive?
We ship all orders via USPS. Delivery times range from two to three days.

Can I track my shipment?
Once shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to you. If you have questions about your shipment, you can send us an email at info@pearlteas.com

How much is shipping?
For shipping in the Continental United States we offer our customers a Priority or Flat Rate Shipping: $4.80 s/h for small orders (tea fits in flat rate box). $9.95 s/h for larger orders. Our website is set up to offer shipping for $4.80 so we may need to contact you if the order is large and requires more postage.

What Taxes do I pay?
Sales Tax is determined by State.

What if my order arrives and it is incorrect?
If your order arrives and you feel that we've made a mistake, please email us within 48 hours of receipt at info@pearlteas.com. We truly do value your business and will correct the error.

What are my payment options?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express through our online store. All transactions are in US dollars.

When will my credit card be billed?
Your credit card will be billed immediately upon placing an order. You will receive a confirmation number once the transaction has been processed and the order received. Orders will not be shipped until the payment has been received.

What if I need to change/cancel my order?
Contact us via email and if the order has not shipped we will adjust your order and credit card charges accordingly.

Do you ship internationally?
Though our online store currently only offers shipping to customers in the US, please send us an email with your specific request to info@pearlteas.com and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Do you service wholesale customers?
