An herbal version of our popular Chai Spice black tea, this tea uses organic Rooibos from South Africa as a base, together with ginger, cardamom, clove and cinnamon. Serve with milk and sweeten. For a 12oz pot of herbal tea, use one to one and one half tablespoons of tea in 194˚-203˚ water for 2 to 3 minutes
